| Our focus is on providing cosmetic enhancement procedures in a safe and friendly setting. All of the treatments and surgeries we offer are done in our own JCAHO-accredited surgery center. Many procedures need no anesthesia at all. Those that do can almost always be provided with local anesthesia (numbing the area we are working on). For larger surgeries, we combine local anesthesia with conscious sedation ("twilight sleep.") General anesthesia (where you are fully unconscious) is not necessary, but is available for those who request it.
